Getting started
There are 3 different weights for Ami which you progress with as your pelvic floor get's stronger. The balls go from beginner (the largest and lightest) to advanced (the smallest and heaviest). Each has a ergonomic retrieval loop which makes removal easy.
How to use Ami 3 Step Kegel Training Set - Strengthen Your Pelvic Floor
Start with the largest
Start by lying comfortably on your bed and insert the Ami 1 single kegel ball into your vagina. Take a moment to try and match your breath with your kegel contractions, repeating this squeeze and release in sets of 10.
Then medium
The Ami 2 is the next weight progression. Start by repeating stage 1 but with the Ami 2 double kegel ball. When you are more confident try moving around whilst wearing the Ami 2.
Move to the smallest
Don't let the size fool you, the Ami 3 is the heaviest of the Je Joue Ami Kegel Ball set and a great way to up your daily pelvic fitness routine for optimal pelvic health.
Cleaning your toys
We recommend washing your toys after every use. You can buy toy cleaner or you can simply wash in soapy water and leave in a cool place to dry. Then store somewhere safe (you don't want to lose track of your favourite toy).
